You are, without question, the most important part of this industry's infrastructure. And that is exactly why this message needed to be written carefully.

Why You Are Not Yet Included
We are building a cut flower app. At its core, this app will connect florists directly with growers. That is step one. It is intentionally simple — two bookends, one connection. The moment we try to include every layer of the middle at launch, the concept becomes too complex to start, too political to move, and too slow to build.
This is not a reflection of your value. It is a reflection of how ideas must be born — simply — before they can grow into something that includes everyone.
On Change
Change threatens some businesses. When a business does not want to change, two things happen — they succeed or they fail. Both are real outcomes. Why? Because every business knows its own market better than anyone from the outside ever could. We do not want to force change on any business that can succeed without it.
But for those who see what is coming — for those who are already asking how to evolve — we want you to know that there is a seat at the table. It is just not ready yet.
What This Change Actually Is
We want to be absolutely clear: this is not about removing wholesalers, distributors, or any part of the existing supply chain from the floral industry. Your relationships with in the middle of this industry are yours to keep. We are not disrupting those.
This is only about one thing — helping florists compete with the grocery store on the everyday bouquet. That single category of business, returned to the flower shop where it belongs, could change the trajectory of this industry. With their direct connection to the grower, we genuinely believe that success is within reach for the small florist.
